Turn Ratio TY
The TR-MARK III 250V is a 3-phase power transformer test instrument specially designed for professional turns ratio measurement. The professional turns ratio measurement is not just a typical pass/fail test to check that the deviation error is less than the limit values! For precise diagnosing and preventive maintenance, high precise measurement is required. In addition to precision, the TR-MARK III 250V provides useful tools such as the plotting tool on the colour touch display for this aim.
The TR-MARK III 250V can perform the full turns ratio measurement in the least possible time and in a fully automatic easiest way. For a three-phase two-winding power transformer, only one time hook up of the test clamps is required.
The on-load tap changer or motorized de-energized tap changer can be controlled automatically by the instrument. Even the actual tap position can be identified automatically, thanks to the smart features of the TR-MARK III 250V. The full three-phase measurement of the turns ratio, excitation current, phase displacement and calculated deviation error for all taps can be performed fully automatic without the interaction of the user during the measurement.

Winding Resistance Tester
The Raytech WR50-12 is a Winding Resistance meter system specially designed for high precision DC winding resistance measurement of high inductive windings such as large power transformer windings. It can also be used for precisely diagnosing and for preventive maintenance. Many power transformer’s faults such as shorted turns, tap changer problems and loose connections can be detected precisely.
The powerful output together with smart features enable WR50-12 to charge and discharge the winding quickly. It includes also special tools such as advanced transformer core demagnetizing, temperature rise measurement and analysis (optional), and automatic temperature correction using up to 3 temperature probes.
The WR50-12 can inject current to both high voltage and low voltage side using the jumper cable provided, and resistance measurement can be performed simultaneously using two separate measurement channels.

The CAPO-12 is a powerful and precise capacitance and tan δ power factor test instrument designed for the insulation properties measurement. Many kinds of insulations such as power transformer insulation can be measured for diagnosing or preventive maintenance.
It can perform measurements of Insulation Power Factor (cos ᵠ), Dissipation Factor (tan δ), Capacitance, Inductance, Excitation current, Quality Factor and Power Loss (watts).
The measurements can be made up to 12kVAC at a variable frequency from 10Hz to 400Hz.

CT Measurements Tester
The CT-T1 is a powerful current transformer test instrument specially designed for professional current transformer diagnosing. The main functions are precise turns ratio measurement, excitation curve drawing and knee points detection (ASA 10/50, IEEE 30°, IEEE 45°).
The CT-T1 includes 5 low side cables which can be used to connect to the secondary outputs of a CT.
