Light Measurement Instrument
Measure light with precision using advanced light measurement instruments for photography, workplace safety, and industrial applications. From digital luxmeters to spectral analyzers, these tools ensure accurate assessment of illuminance, color temperature, and exposure.

Spectral Photometry
We developed the Mavospec Base in order to make precise and easy photometry possible for everyone – whenever and wherever you need it. All measured quantities which are relevant for light such as illuminance, correlated color temperature, color rendering index according CIE 13.3 and IES TM-30-20, television lighting consistency index, color coordinates in accordance with various CIE standards, flicker, spectral power distribution, peak wavelength, dominant wavelength and photosynthetic photon flux density are determined for the measured spectrum and displayed such that they can be understood by experts as well as laypersons.

Light Measuring
Newly developed from the ground up, MAVOMASTER and MAVOPROBES elevate light metering and certification to an entirely new level: a universal, basic MAVOMASTER meter can now be easily and flexibly combined with a diverse range of MAVOPROBES (measuring probes). For example with classified measuring probes for illuminance in accordance with DIN 5032-7 class B or C, luminance in accordance with DIN 5032-7 class B or with a UV-A/LUX combination probe for non-destructive testing – for efficient light testing and certification in a great variety of applications.

Light Measuring
Brightness fluctuation results from the fact that LEDs very quickly respond to voltage fluctuations. Flicker influences human health and mood, and our sense of well-being. It can trigger epileptic seizures, migraine headaches, fatigue, restricted visual acuity, distraction and impaired vision. In the case of rotating objects, the strobe effect can lead to erroneous evaluations and accidents.

Light Measuring
Due to its outstanding accuracy in accordance with class B, the MAVOLUX 5032 B USB is used primarily for certification and inspection applications. An additional measuring range with high initial sensitivity of 0.01 lx makes it possible to measure extremely small light intensities. This even permits reliable measurement of emergency lighting. After pressing the HOLD key, the measured value is saved to memory and display illumination included with this version is activated, making it possible to read the display in dark environments. Adaptation to the spectral brightness sensitivity of the human eye V(λ) is highly precise with minimal deviation of just f1‘ < 3 %.

Light Measuring
for distance measurement with an acceptance angle of 1° is assigned to class B in accordance with DIN 5032-7, appendix B of DIN EN 13032-1 and CIE 69.It measures the perceived brightness of back-lighted surfaces in candelas per square meter (cd/m²) or foot-lamberts (fL) in consideration of ambient light.

Light Measuring
for contact measurement is assigned to class B in accordance with DIN 5032-7, appendix B of DIN EN 13032-1 and CIE 69, and measures the perceived light of back-lighted surfaces in candelas per square meter (cd/m²) or foot-lamberts (fL). It is the excellent adaptation to the spectral spectral brightness sensitivity of the human eye with a minimum deviation of only f1’ < 3 % that is significantly better than the specifications demanded in the standard.

Photography
the DIGIPRO F2 is the ideal standard tool for many professional photographers, demanding amateurs and filmmakers. The included technology and features are high quality, and operation is clear-cut and easy to understand. The universal DIGIPRO F2 is laid out for use in the studio, as well as outdoors. It makes quick work of incident and reflected light measurements for flash and ambient light, displays mixed lighting conditions as well as required multiple flashes, and performs contrast measurements. The values are displayed in full, 1/2 or 1/3 increments depending on the selected setting. The DIGIPRO F2 masters all common lighting situations for analog and digital photography, as well as filmmaking, with outstanding precision and time-tested quality.

Photography
the SIXTOMAT F2 is the ideal standard tool for demanding amateurs with their own studio flash kits, lighting specialists and filmmakers. The included technology and features are high quality, and operation is clear-cut and easy to understand. The universal SIXTOMAT F2 is laid out for use in the studio, as well as outdoors. It makes quick work of incident and reflected light measurements for flash and ambient light, displays mixed lighting conditions as well as required multiple flashes, and performs contrast measurements. The calculated exposure values can be displayed either in full, 1/2 or 1/3 increments. It masters all common lighting situations for analog and digital photography, as well as filmmaking, with outstanding precision and time-tested quality.

Photography
coming in at just 40 grams, DIGIFLASH 2 is an ideal enhancement for minimalistic, but nevertheless demanding photographic equipment. They expand the measuring functions of manually adjustable cameras to include incident light measurement, of which better exposure can be achieved for unusual subject contrast. With its additional flash function, the DIGIFLASH 2 is the smallest flash exposure meter in its class.
